I placed an order and received the dress. It was very pretty and seemed to be good quality but as soon as I put it on the zipper split. It was the correct sizing to the size chart and it fit, but the zipper was very poor. I requested to return and it was granted, however it was now received back by Lacemade three weeks ago and I have not received a refund. I emailed three times and sent a DM via Instagram with no response. I have read many reviews with others experiencing the exact same situation. To not refund people after an item has been returned to you with no communication is stealing and a Scam. My order is RMA #7WJVN5EM. I will continue posting about this on social media and on Lacemade ads until I am refunded.
