When it comes to shipping, I live in the US and the packages ship from China. It can take anytime between two weeks to a month for packages to arrive. But they’ve never been lost or damaged along the way. Customer Service, like other reviews have suggested, can take a bit to respond back. But they’ve always responded for me within 3 business days (through email, their website chat, or social media DMs)When it comes to the pieces themselves, it’s important to pay attention to the size chart for each item you’re interested in buying. The size charts are pretty accurate for each piece, but you can also read the reviews on the website in case you need more info. (Also joining their WhatsApp group is great place to ask more questions on sizing and how it looks irl from other customers around the world)When it came to returns and exchanges, I’ve never had an issue. You do have to pay for the return shipping, but that’s pretty common in businesses like LaceMade. I’ve gotten my money back no problem, and exchanged completely fine. Overall, I’ve had a 5/5 experience, and will continue to buy from LaceMade!
