Disappointed with Lacoste's customer service. Bought shoes that quickly developed a torn sole - clear manufacturing defect. Despite providing evidence over 2 weeks, Lacoste dismissed it as "normal wear and tear" without proper explanation.FYI: Torn soles aren't normal wear! It's a product defect.Lacoste refused refund, ignoring consumer rights. Beware before purchasing - their "customer satisfaction" doesn't seem to extend to addressing legitimate product issues.Will pursue this further.
