Your service is a disaster.First of all the transaction was accepted by my bank and not taken from your on line shop, and all without sending me any mail in order to advise me.After the birthday I've reiterated the buying, transaction finally went OK, you told me that the gift would have been given May the 31st, but it didn't happen.
