The worst customer service I have ever received from a company. I purchased a zipper hoodie, spent 189.71$, I have the receipt still . I submitted pictures and the receipt that the zipper has broken. Their response: March 15, 2024 11:53 AMunfortunately, we don't have a repair center for our products., and it's been more than 6 months we cannot assist**LACOSTE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT, I did not purchase this at Walmart!!! I even asked if they could send me a new zipper and she said, "No, have a nice day" I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ONE OF THEIR PRODUCTS AGAIN!!!
