Never have i had such bad customer service.Ordered 2 items from sale, items dispatched via DPD with tracking watched on line until he was 2 stops away. Stood in window so and watched driver slow down and take photo of front door and carry on.Received text/email to say parcel was going to be at local pickup as I wasn’t in??? Went to pick up not there spent several phone calls and emails trying to sort but still nothing.I have all the evidence and will use charge back on my card but thats not the point.Hope someone from Lacoste actually reads these reviews and does something anout it I will not be buying anything else and will use third party sellers from now on
