After visiting the Lacoste store in Battersea, I found a top I wanted, however, they didn't have my size. They said it was in stock and they could order it and send it to me, which I did, and they paid for. 2 days later, I got an email saying it was out of stock. I went online and saw they were in stock so ordered again... 2/3 days later I receive another email saying it was out of stock. It has been over a month, and I still haven't received a refund of over £200. And just to top it off no response from them. Absolute disgrace from a company that is meant to be a luxury brand!
