He ensured a smooth point to point transfer of my pet cat from my doorstep in the UK all the way to delivery to my house in Hong Kong. He was professional at all times and at the most critial point of my cat's flight his response was near instantaneous helping me to have a peace of mind. The cost of the service is also extremely reasonable considering the services provided. I did have to engage my own vet to carry out an EHC but the paperwork was handled by Nigel and he also provided a vet that they worked with too. He also identified that transport from UK to HK via a third country might require additional vaccines and quarantinee and rightly advised so, which was something other companies did not advise or note.The companies that Nigel works with in Hong Kong was also professional, quick with replies and provided a good level of service.
