What a fantastic company! My dog came out of quarantine today and I couldn’t have asked for more support from Lady Haye. Full support and clear timelines around vax schedule provided (which are very tricky to understand) and any question was answered (and I asked a lot of them!)Even an after hours call from the vets office questioning medication was answered as “there is always someone on call” made sure that the challenging paperwork from UK to Aus was all completed promptly and accurately without stress.
