We had the most seamless experience using Ladyhaye to transport our Cattle Dog from the UK back to Australia this year. Bex was phenomenal, from the initial first contact, right through to arrival in Brisbane. Every question I had (and there were many along the way!!) Bex answered them so quickly and really helped to break everything down for me to wrap my head around.
