We were so very impressed with Ladyhaye. They were always available and coordinated really well with both HARC and the US agents. Made sure everything was in place before the date of travel. Communication one our dog arrived was fantastic with frequent updates and quick responses to our questions. Could not have asked more from Lisa and Natasha. Would highly highly recommend.
