I visited the office early November and was given a date 11/25/25 to return to cancel. On that date I returned, I was told that the facility is closing and that a manager would call me to help. I waited 2 days, no calls. I called the local gym I normally attend, I am told, "we are closing this facility, someone by the name of Joey will call you. It was 2:25pm, I got recording saying I am calling outside of office hours and I should leave a message. I then decided to send them an email, I discovered that I had to create an account on their site in order to send an email. WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE?
