On the day that the flowers were supposed to be delivered, they sent me an email saying that they had to cancel my order because of a problem with their payment processing system. I had already been charged over $100 for the order. But the email didn’t say anything about giving me a refund. I sent them several emails, which they never responded to. I attempted to call and couldn’t get through to a live person. They never issued a refund. I finally turned it over to my credit card company as a charge dispute.
