We paid on the 12th snd the delivery set up on the 14th 2pm to 8:00 . Here my order number #0866085 to mexico city . This is such as low education management company. Please stay away from me. Do not ever buy anything. Important interest this one… this company ruined my Valentine’s Day fk made me so mad.

Worst company i ever used to send flowers, most likely scam, after making the order they sent me automated msg on whatsapp saying they need a screenshot of my bank transaction, then after providing that they said we need a picture of your card then after providing that they said we need picture of your ID, as unsafe that sound i had no choice, it's fiancé's birthday and she's in cabo with friends, so I sent that and they wouldn't respond saying it's after business hours, so on the morning they suppose to deliver i call them after being on hold for an hour, they say my order was canceled for security reasons, they didn't tell me this yesterday so I could make another order with another company, now they have all my info ID picture of card bank account and most likely they going scam my info
On the day that the flowers were supposed to be delivered, they sent me an email saying that they had to cancel my order because of a problem with their payment processing system. I had already been charged over $100 for the order. But the email didn’t say anything about giving me a refund. I sent them several emails, which they never responded to. I attempted to call and couldn’t get through to a live person. They never issued a refund. I finally turned it over to my credit card company as a charge dispute.
Worst florist service, ever! Avoid! They function like a scam lying their way through to get some money for nothing)-mentiras mexicano 101. I've asked them to contact person before making the flowers on the order. Person actually left the city for the long vacation. They acknowledged and offered store credit, I said I don't have anyone else to be sending them to, lol. They said they could refund me for 20% fee for the order based on nothing. I refused. They started spamming me from different "customer service accounts" with North American names and when I would reply that I'm not interested in their service and just want a refund per previous conversations they got mad and have used different accounts stating that I haven't replied and they were able to deliver the service ;-) Very slick guys. I've opened a PayPal dispute case. Didn't have such issues for a while but I guess this is a normal treatment of foreign customers for these folks. They have wasted so much of my time that I just want them to know that in this age if you refund, you gain trust and respect. If you try squeeze money like a hoodlum you end up broke.
