Worst florist service, ever! Avoid! They function like a scam lying their way through to get some money for nothing)-mentiras mexicano 101. I've asked them to contact person before making the flowers on the order. Person actually left the city for the long vacation. They acknowledged and offered store credit, I said I don't have anyone else to be sending them to, lol. They said they could refund me for 20% fee for the order based on nothing. I refused. They started spamming me from different "customer service accounts" with North American names and when I would reply that I'm not interested in their service and just want a refund per previous conversations they got mad and have used different accounts stating that I haven't replied and they were able to deliver the service ;-) Very slick guys. I've opened a PayPal dispute case. Didn't have such issues for a while but I guess this is a normal treatment of foreign customers for these folks. They have wasted so much of my time that I just want them to know that in this age if you refund, you gain trust and respect. If you try squeeze money like a hoodlum you end up broke.
