Wow what can I say, Lotan has been more than just a coach to me, whilst he has been a coach but I would rather use the term friend my cancer returned, so I had to take some time off, but he still stayed with me checking in on me, and when I felt strong enough to return he was my biggest cheer leader, don’t understand an exercise he will explain in a simple term, he is always just a phone call away, he really one in a million, and I don’t want to stop having him as a ‘coach’ If you have a off day, his always there to help you get back on track he doesn’t tell you off, his honestly just great you won’t regret getting onboard with Lotan
