My hair dryer unexpectedly stopped functioning without any prior indication or visible damage, raising significant concerns about its quality. Even though it was still under warranty, the company refused to honor it since I originally purchased the product in one country but now reside in another. After placing a new order, the nightmare began: there was no proactive communication from the company regarding the status of the hair dryer. I had to reach out multiple times for updates. They consistently assured me that the color I ordered would be available 'next week,' which was misleading. After several weeks of delays, I confronted them about the inaccuracies, and they offered a different color instead. However, the same issue arose again: no communication, further delays, until they later informed me that this alternative color was also out of stock. Two months later, following persistent follow-ups, they finally claimed my preferred color had shipped. When it finally arrived, it was the alternative color, not what I wanted. After countless delays, misinformation, and lack of accountability, I ended up with a product I never desired. Now, I have to invest even more time returning it. This has been a huge waste of time. I regret placing my order. It started with quality issues and ended with poor customer service. I do not recommend this company.
