Even though it was still under warranty, the company refused to honor it since I originally purchased the product in one country but now reside in another. After placing a new order, the nightmare began: there was no proactive communication from the company regarding the status of the hair dryer. I had to reach out multiple times for updates. They consistently assured me that the color I ordered would be available 'next week,' which was misleading. After several weeks of delays, I confronted them about the inaccuracies, and they offered a different color instead. However, the same issue arose again: no communication, further delays, until they later informed me that this alternative color was also out of stock. Two months later, following persistent follow-ups, they finally claimed my preferred color had shipped. When it finally arrived, it was the alternative color, not what I wanted. After countless delays, misinformation, and lack of accountability, I ended up with a product I never desired. Now, I have to invest even more time returning it. This has been a huge waste of time. I regret placing my order. It started with quality issues and ended with poor customer service. I do not recommend this company.

This is the best on the market, outperforming the original model in every aspect, all at a quarter of the price. It has better temperature control, a nicer design, and improved packaging and customer service. My spouse is very pleased with it. Initially, we purchased a model from a local store, but it broke after a year. We received a full refund and bought a replacement directly from the company. We also tried another brand but weren't impressed.
