Misleading claims and poor quality

This company falsely claims to be based in the US when shipments come from overseas. The quality is awful; my necklace broke after a few hours of wear and started tarnishing. I contacted them, and they only offered a partial refund when a full refund was warranted. I had to file a claim with my bank. BE CAREFUL!

I regret not checking reviews

I should have checked the reviews before ordering three necklaces. Tracking showed the package was shipped from overseas. I received them yesterday, but the quality is very poor. Wore one for a day, and the cross fell off while the chain's coating peeled off. I'm really disappointed! $40 wasted.

I wouldn’t even give this company a rating if I didn’t have to hit 1 star to move on. I was assured my Christmas gifts would arrive on time, but they didn't. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I received false reassurances. The tracking says it was delivered, but it wasn't. I've tried reaching out through various channels and am now being ignored.
