Warning ⚠️ They neglect to tell you anywhere on their website they are in China. It took over two weeks for these to arrive. I wanted them for a dinner party I had for my mom’s 78th bday and I was going to give them to her close friends. The necklaces just now arrived. I won’t even open it because they say if you open it, NO REFUND. Guess what else? All three necklaces came in this tiny white bubble package smaller than my hand…so no gift boxes were in there. I’d have been embarrassed to give these as gifts with any boxes. So right now after I do a request to return, they’re playing games with me and asking, “May I so kindly ask why you want to return? I told you in the multiple prior emails why! Be transparent because I’d never have ordered if I knew this company was in Asia. Stop giving customers a hard time with refunds. I’ll update this after I am refunded. I better get every cent back.
