The ordering service is acceptable, but the delivery choices are highly disappointing. The delivery team left heavy boxes next to the bin just inside the side gate instead of placing them at the front porch, as indicated in their delivery email. Despite leaving the gates open for easier access to the front door, the service was inadequate. Both my spouse and I are retired, and lifting heavy items is challenging for us. If this level of service persists with our next order, we will reconsider any future purchases.
