I am writing this to praise Rich’s amazing customer service, but also to warn new users about a potential trap when setting up your policy!
When I was entering my e-bike's value, I almost declared the discounted price I actually paid for it. Thankfully, Rich stepped in and clearly explained that you MUST insure your bike for its full retail price (RRP), NOT the actual purchase price.
If Rich hadn't warned me, I might have been underinsured if I ever needed to make a claim! He was incredibly patient, professional, and genuinely looking out for the customer's best interest. Massive thanks to Rich for saving me from that pitfall! Outstanding support.
