I ordered from this service twice, and both experiences left me regretting my purchases due to inadequate customer support. The first time, I placed my order and got a receipt, but then heard nothing. I found the site on social media, so I was uncertain about its legitimacy and emailed a week later for an update on my order. The reply was a bit curt, but I let it go. When my order finally arrived, I was delighted with it. The second order was placed on December 19. I wasn't in a hurry and honestly forgot about it until I received an update on January 11 stating that USPS was waiting for my order to provide a delivery date... fine. Today is January 18, and I emailed again for an update since it had been pending for a week. No response, no acknowledgment—just a refund. I'm fine with that, but I won't spend my money here again. If asking for an update on an order I paid for bothers you, I'll take my business elsewhere.
