Unsatisfactory Experience with This Service

I ordered from this service twice, and both times I felt I should have kept my money due to unsatisfactory customer support. The first order went silent after I received a receipt. I found the site on social media, so I was unsure of its legitimacy, prompting me to email a week later for an update. The response was curt, but I overlooked it. When my order arrived, I was pleased. The second order was placed on December 19. I wasn't in a rush and honestly forgot about it until I got an update on January 11 stating that USPS was waiting for my order... fine. Today is January 18, and I emailed again for an update since it had been pending for a week. No response, no acknowledgment—just a refund. I’m fine with that, but I will not spend my money here again. If asking for an update on an order I paid for offends you, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

When my order finally arrived, I was delighted with it. The second order was placed on December 19. I wasn't in a hurry and honestly forgot about it until I received an update on January 11 stating that USPS was waiting for my order to provide a delivery date... fine. Today is January 18, and I emailed again for an update since it had been pending for a week. No response, no acknowledgment—just a refund. I'm fine with that, but I won't spend my money here again. If asking for an update on an order I paid for bothers you, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Avoid Shopping Here!

I placed an order with this service on November 25 and emailed on December 4 asking about my order since there was no shipping info after 9 days. I received a very rude response from a representative who informed me that my order was canceled for simply asking about it. I refuse to give my hard-earned money to a business that treats customers this way. You need my money, but I certainly don’t need your products!

Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service

Extremely rude and unprofessional customer service. This was my second order with them. The first time, after waiting several days without shipping info, I emailed to ask and was reminded of their 7-14 business day processing time, which I accepted. They shipped my order, and I was satisfied. For my second order, I chose a t-shirt with the same wording as my previous sweatshirt. This time, I was aware of the processing time and had no issue waiting. I placed the order on June 1. On June 22, after not receiving shipping info, I emailed to inquire. I counted the days carefully, excluding weekends and holidays to ensure the 14 business days had passed. Since June 22 was a Sunday, I didn't expect a response until the next day, but they replied immediately. Instead of answering my simple question about shipping, they canceled my order and said they would issue a refund. I hadn't asked for a cancellation or refund; I merely wanted to know the shipping date. Their response was condescending, stating they prioritize rest, and they issued a refund while wishing me well with my future shopping. I told them their response was unacceptable and that I had every right to inquire about my order's status. They replied that the refund was processed and wished me a blessed day. I warned them that they wouldn’t last long with this treatment of customers and suggested they check their reviews. I wish I had looked at the reviews first. The immediate refund instead of a shipping date indicates they probably hadn’t even printed my shirt and likely receive many complaints, opting for refunds instead of accountability. I will never shop here again and will warn others to avoid wasting their time. It’s disheartening to try to support a small business and receive this kind of service.

Waiting Too Long for My Order

I ordered a sweatshirt on February 22. As of today, it’s April 6. Do not believe the 14-day processing time because I am still waiting. I will never order from here again. By the time I receive my order (if it ever arrives), it will be too hot to wear. Never again!

Disappointed with This Business

I was hoping to love this business, but unfortunately, I do not. I ordered two sweatshirts, and 6-8 weeks later, I received a message stating they had been delivered to an old address from over two years ago. I emailed to explain the mistake and requested they send the items to the correct address. The response I received was rude, with an attitude, stating that I was at fault and they were not obligated to correct it. I don’t have that address associated with anything, so I remained calm and just asked how we could resolve the issue since the items were expensive and undelivered. They did not reply. Now, I just want my money back.

Disappointing Business Practices

I saw a cute crewneck on social media and was excited to order it. The statement was bold, and the color was unique. I noted the disclaimer that orders take 7 to 14 days to process before receiving a tracking number. However, this was not my experience. It took over a month to receive a tracking number, and when I finally did, it was useless—no updates or movement. I received an email saying my package was delivered on March 25, but I didn't actually receive it until March 28. I understand that shipping delays happen, but the service's communication and customer service were terrible from the start. If they want to manage customer expectations, they need to be honest and transparent. When I reached out after waiting a month, they falsely claimed my order was processed. I didn’t see any movement until I demanded an update. Additionally, there was no mailing address listed, making it difficult to file a complaint, which seems intentional. They also disabled comments on social media, indicating they are aware of recurring issues and are hiding them. I contacted the Better Business Bureau for guidance on how to proceed without an address. I’m sharing my experience widely because this business seems to be avoiding accountability. The sweatshirt is cute, but the quality isn’t great. If they had handled their business properly, I would have recommended them, but due to the poor customer experience, I cannot in good conscience do so. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.
