Extremely rude and unprofessional customer service. This was my second order with them. The first time, after waiting several days without shipping info, I emailed to ask and was reminded of their 7-14 business day processing time, which I accepted. They shipped my order, and I was satisfied. For my second order, I chose a t-shirt with the same wording as my previous sweatshirt. This time, I was aware of the processing time and had no issue waiting. I placed the order on June 1. On June 22, after not receiving shipping info, I emailed to inquire. I counted the days carefully, excluding weekends and holidays to ensure the 14 business days had passed. Since June 22 was a Sunday, I didn't expect a response until the next day, but they replied immediately. Instead of answering my simple question about shipping, they canceled my order and said they would issue a refund. I hadn't asked for a cancellation or refund; I merely wanted to know the shipping date. Their response was condescending, stating they prioritize rest, and they issued a refund while wishing me well with my future shopping. I told them their response was unacceptable and that I had every right to inquire about my order's status. They replied that the refund was processed and wished me a blessed day. I warned them that they wouldn’t last long with this treatment of customers and suggested they check their reviews. I wish I had looked at the reviews first. The immediate refund instead of a shipping date indicates they probably hadn’t even printed my shirt and likely receive many complaints, opting for refunds instead of accountability. I will never shop here again and will warn others to avoid wasting their time. It’s disheartening to try to support a small business and receive this kind of service.
