I was hoping to love this business, but unfortunately, I do not. I ordered two sweatshirts, and 6-8 weeks later, I received a message stating they had been delivered to an old address from over two years ago. I emailed to explain the mistake and requested they send the items to the correct address. The response I received was rude, with an attitude, stating that I was at fault and they were not obligated to correct it. I don’t have that address associated with anything, so I remained calm and just asked how we could resolve the issue since the items were expensive and undelivered. They did not reply. Now, I just want my money back.
