I ordered from this service twice, and both times I felt I should have kept my money due to unsatisfactory customer support. The first order went silent after I received a receipt. I found the site on social media, so I was unsure of its legitimacy, prompting me to email a week later for an update. The response was curt, but I overlooked it. When my order arrived, I was pleased. The second order was placed on December 19. I wasn't in a rush and honestly forgot about it until I got an update on January 11 stating that USPS was waiting for my order... fine. Today is January 18, and I emailed again for an update since it had been pending for a week. No response, no acknowledgment—just a refund. I’m fine with that, but I will not spend my money here again. If asking for an update on an order I paid for offends you, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
