I would give zero stars if it were an option. I usually don’t leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I faced numerous issues with this company. The shoes were far from the specified sizing. I sent multiple emails requesting a return but received no response. I returned the shoes as per the provided instructions, incurring expensive postage to Malaysia. Now the shoes are stuck in customs for 12 days, which doesn’t give me much hope. There has been no communication from the company, and I might never see my money again.
