Shoes are light and well made, particularly for someone who wears zero drops almost always. Normal biking shoes are like torture. No question with versatility and quality. My singular issue was with customer service. I think I paid a total of $50 in shipping a shoe box to me and back and then a new one back to me (their size tool was wrong, and yes I did change style in the process of getting the right size). Turn around time was very slow. I had to email and wait nearly a week for an RMA. Then, I had to prod them again to get a shipping return receipt acknowledgement after a week of it being shown as delivered. Getting the right size and shoe took me a full month. For a premium company and their medium level shoe ($250), I would expect better.
