Shipping and purchasing were fine. Although I was expecting free shipping for a nearly 400$ shoe. The big issue is the heel size of the wide shoe, so I am going to return it. I doubt many cyclists have extremely fat ankles to need the size that the shoe is at. Please start making wide toe-box shoes with narrow heels!
