The worst customer service ever. I own MX332 close to one year. I started to hear creaping sound from my bike. Took all the bike appart, but still the soumd was there. Then there was a suggestion to check the cleats. After the check i found that one metal plate in the sole cracked. After contacting customer service they just blamed me that i missused the product or overtightened the cleats as they saw cleat position imprint in the sole (my qestion is how to tighten the shimano cleats to awoid imprint in the sole and how to missuse mtb shoes designed for cx race???). They offered to buy new shoes for 225 EURO (total 550. First purchase 325 plus additional 225 expense for replacement shoes). I am shocked about such customer service and the company behind their product. Cycling industry is in hard situation these days, but my opinion is that companies with such service and charging premium for their product are in agony. Avoid them
