I know that when I order from Lakeland the products will be good. I bought one product last year which didn't work for me and my money was refunded very quickly. The customer service suggested I donate the item to a charity shop so I did and they were very grateful.
Most recently I ordered some paper sandwich bags. The courier delivered them to my back door without putting a card through. Lakeland replaced them immediately and when I discovered the sodden package I told Lakeland the paper bags were fine and I donated them to the community cafe.
