We love visiting the store in Gates Garden Centre as it is easy to walk around and browse. The staff ask if you need help and then leave you alone if not so you can look in peace. They have a great selection and we always leave with more than we intended. Quality of the items is high ensuring they last.
Shewsbury store.I was looking for 2 items. Was soon approached by a very helpful friendly member of the team who found one of the items I wanted and informed me the other was not available in Lakeland stores.

Before purchasing from my local store I checked out the reviews on my purchases, this was very useful. I have the Lakeland app and loyalty card and I must stay got good value for my money as I also had 20% voucher off purchases £50 or over. Very pleased.
First I loved my order. The quality has to be the best fryer-steamer, all in one cooking pan I have ever had and experienced. And the price was very low compared to it anywhere else. My item arrived just five working days later.

Almost every item from Lakeland is quality. You may pay a bit more than other outlets but it's worth it. We found this great Tefal pressure cooker we didn't think we would find on here. We had to contact the makers as there were no comprehensive instructions in the box. Also, there contact details were not up to date with the leaflet inside.

This was my first time returning an item. At the time of purchase, the cashier explained that the product came with a three-year guarantee and advised me to keep the receipt. When I couldn’t find it, I returned to the store and the staff helped me identify the exact purchase date and reprinted the receipt without any difficulty.
They asked carefully about the reason for the return and clearly explained the available options, allowing me to choose what suited me best. I decided to exchange the item, and during the process I was also informed about a 20% discount that was available at the time.
