My loan was recently transferred to loancare morgage servicing. It's been a very unpleasant experience. Starting with unprofessional customers care staff, who most times can't answer your questions after putting you on hold for more than 10mins and will transfer you to a different department and they transferred you back again without solving your issues. Last week i was on the phone with the customer service representatives without getting solution to my issue. Some of the customers service representatives just hang up on you. Most them are very rude and have no clear knowledge of their job. They are not interested in listening to your concerns but to collect debt, this is what you hear through your conversation with them even though you have not been late on your morgage or default in your morgage. I have my house for six+ years and previously had a house and sold with relocation, this is the worst morgage company I have ever use. Morgage was transferred to them less than one month, my monthly morgage loan increased with about $200. I don't know how to get out of this. The last email I received from one of the customer care representative is very concerning.
