I ordered a costly office desk (over 800 GBP), with a maximum delivery time of 60 days. After 120 days, I was informed that my package was lost. Getting a refund has been nearly impossible. After about ten emails, they offered a 40% refund without providing the item. I’m now forced to file a formal complaint with my bank to retrieve my money. If the company does the right thing and issues a full refund, I will update my review.
