I wish i read these reviews before my purchase. The product is not as advertised. It is cheap woodchip boards and does not look like the website image. The holes for the screws thread easily which make it a loose construction. The instructions were soooo frustrating, the worst i've ever seen. It's all in chinese and very basic with hardly any instructions. all the parts incorrectly labeled some not even labeled which made it so much more frustrating.I wouldn't pay half of what i did for this computer desk.
This web site is scam. do not be fool on furniture pictures. its totally scam. I have purchased coffee table, i received completely rubbish table. and there is no contact number and no help. all my money £120 is waste. very disappointed.
As usual dont believe everything you read on review sites! , Our desk did arrive with missing parts and it did take me 5 emails to get a new one shipped and we did end up waiting 3 months, BUT the new desk did arrive and the quality was what you would expect for £300, Its not solid oak but the finish is acceptable and i glued all the joints when i built it, my 9 year old thinks its fabulous and the same desk in the UK was over £1200.
So yes it takes a while to come, sometimes there an issue or two, the language barrier makes for some interesting emails (which part of im missing the desk are you struggling with exactly!) 5 emails later!
BUT it did arrive and it is actually kind of what i was expecting, so if your not in a rush and you want to pay 1/4 of the uk retail price then give this lot ago

The product received did not match the image.
It was a poorly made and unattractive imitation of what was advertised.
The materials used were cheap pine instead of walnut, and the craftsmanship was extremely lacking.
The only option I had was to dispose of the item.
It was that disappointing.

Completely unacceptable experience! This company is truly disappointing; I advise against purchasing anything from them. The product I received was not even the color I selected. The box was opened and parts were missing. All the wood was damaged and chipped, and one of the door frames is falling apart. To make matters worse, they refuse to offer a refund or accept the return. It's not my fault they sent the wrong color, and the item was in poor condition when it arrived. I strongly recommend avoiding any purchases from this company.
I wish there were no stars to give. We purchased a lamp from the seller through a retail platform, but it arrived not working. They declined to refund or replace it, despite it being their product. The support from the retail platform was nonexistent. It feels like our money was wasted. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this seller.

The furniture arrived in a damaged box, wet, and some parts were bent—MDF and water don’t mix well. Their advertising is misleading. If you're seeking a memorable experience, go for it! Otherwise, steer clear of this company.
I ordered a computer chair and waited 12 weeks for delivery. When it arrived, it was damaged, ripped, and the frame was scratched. No assembly instructions were included. After reading prior reviews, I regret not checking them out earlier. A complete waste of money; the quality was terrible and didn't resemble what was advertised. Now it's in the trash, and I didn't bother reaching out to them—it would have been a waste of time.
