I knew from reading the shipping policy that the delivery was going to be long and it was. I was advised of the date a couple of months and it arrived in the time frame and very well packaged.It was a mission to open the package but there was no damageThe instructions were pictures only but it worked and I built on my own.I love my shelves on wheels. It's exactly what i wanted and fits in with the white kitchen I have . Everyone is impressed with it and think it's a great idea not realising it's not part of the new kitchen.It was going to cost me over a $1000 to get one in the kitchen and this cost under $400TIPSadd some cushioned tape to the top and bottom so the side of another cabinet is not damagedThe small plastic clips that the screws are pushed into need to have the lips taken off to make the shelves sturdy
