UPDATE 24/11/25Communication has improved and looks like I am getting my refund.I will delete this review and write a positive one as soon as refund has been received - they have confirmed now a full 100% refundThank youREFUNDS ARE MADE TO BE IMPOSSIBLEORDER NUMBER: 801227So i ordered over £860 worth of items, and straight after (within a minute) i started the cancelation process - which is not easy!So i decided to start a dispute case with PayPal. Finally, Lakiq have agreed to refund me, and have agreed to discount their 10% handling fee to 5%. Even though i cancelled when there bsuiness was closed in China and they had not started processing, i just want an easy life so agreed to the 5% handling fee.However, they are now telling me i must cancel the paypal dispute first before they can issue the refund - even though they have confirmed the order has been canceled, wont be shipped, and a full refund minus 5% handling fee will be issued straight away.Pay Pal have said they can still do the refund, and on the dispute show proof of refund, or just state to pay pal we have both agreed the refund with the reduced handling 5% fee and then pay pal will close the case. They wont do this and say i have to cancel, which sounds unbelivable, which PayPal agrees with, as all sellers/retailers would usually do this. I have spoken to a lawyer as i can see 1.5 stars out of 5 for reviews and many people never get a refund. Not forgetting that its taken 20+ emails to get to this point after offering me disocunt after disocunt rather than cancelling and a refund.If someone from high up in Lakiq is reading this i would love to hear why you cannot contact paypal re our agreement like every other company, because how can i trust you will do it if i cancel given how many unhappy customers you have?!I see you do reply to some reviews, so lets see - all you need to do is confirm to paypal via the dispute case that you have agreed the refund and that you have already cancelled the purchase, which i have emails confirming form your teams, the case will be closed.You seem to make things so difficult which is why there is a trust issue here.Once this is done, i will be happy to post a positive review of how you did the right thing.HOW CAN I RISK CANCELLING THE DISPUTE AND NEVER HEARING FORM YOU AGAIN, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND OWNERS AND MOTHER COMPANIES, IT SEEMS YOU ARE VERY GOOD AT MISLEADING, OR NOT SENDING OUT PRODUCTS, OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS, MISSING PARTS, AND IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A REFUND!!! JUST TELL PAYPAL THAT YOU HAVE AGREED THIS AS THEY ARE WIATING AND I HAVE ADDED YOUR CANCELATION CONFIRMATION AND REFUND CONFIRMATION EMAILS TO THE DISPUTEThis has been 3 days of hard work!I will also soon give my bill of lawyers to pay pal. It should not be this hard!!!
