Ordered a console table from this company £180 took months to arrive,When the box was opened the mdf top was all damaged on the back edge of the top and marked on the front edgeWe requested a refund as this console was obviously poor quality materials and would not stand the test of time? I am a joiner and know the different type of mdf and this is made from the softest type and definitely not moisture resistant We have been offered discounts, replacements but have insisted on refund but the will not entertain this and ignore our request and keep coming back with ridiculous offers Avoid this company at all costsSunday 9th November. still fighting for a full refund for this awful damaged piece of furniture they have offered me £55.40 !
