Order the wrong item. Contacted Haupt Lakrits to cancel the order. They indicated the order had already shipped but they would issue me a refund and i could keep the item on them.

Ordered the advent calendar back in end of August when it was just announced and have still not received it or heard anything. I have e-mailed multiple times to try to get an update or some feedback but never got any reply whatsoever. I have tried to call multiple times over several weeks but no one is picking up and it just says that the person I am looking for is not available and then the call is disconnected. Not sure if they have closed down and just continue to run the site as a scam to get money or if they are just terrible at running a business. No matter what I would stay far away from ordering anything from them online. UPDATE BEWARE!! After getting a reply that I should contact them by e-mail I did so and got a reply that my order had been returned to them due to damaged packaging. The recommendation from them was to place a new order but since I had not received a refund for the first order I wrote back asking for either a refund or that they just send the original order. Since then I have reached out to them again three more time via e-mail and tried calling multiple times without getting any reply. So all in all I am pretty sure this is a company that is either scamming people or just a complete mess in terms of their administration. Either way my recommendation is DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ONLINE.
Haupt managed to turn a really screwed situation around and provide us with the most if a bit slow but wonderful service and help i have not seen from many !A 6 out of 5 if you ask me.I can only say that i will without a doubt shop again here with a smill !Haupt has without a doubt made a Christmas miracle !Thank you and a merry Christmas to all people at Haupt
I placed an order on Sunday 10th Dec. The expected delivery time was not indicated during the checkout as stated on the website so I asked the order status on Tuesday 12th Dec and got a fast reply that the products will be shipped in coming days and should arrive at yours early next week. On Friday 15th I sent a new email and asked the status again....no reply. On Monday 18th I got an email that the products are sold out and we will have more tomorrow. I decided to cancel the order because there was no way to get them for Christmas anymore.
Horrible communication.Ordered 25th of November, no indication of delivery times. Wrote an email 5 days later to get an status on when I can expect my delivery..... No reply, now it's December 3 and still the order has not been shipped.....Not shopping here again
