He was wonderful and emailed me with all the answers to all of my many questions, immediately. Really a great employee. I wish all employees were like him. I would hire him in a second for my own business.
The content was clearly presented and easy to grasp. My only issue was the transition to the next section. (Perhaps due to my age and the challenges I face with technology). I often found myself unsure whether to click the prompt on the left or right side of the screen. However, I managed to get through it.
Annual reviews are common in many fields to ensure employees stay efficient. Driving should be approached similarly. While many take the course to lower points or cut insurance costs, paying attention can actually improve your driving skills. Overall, the course was well-presented and included some humor.
Previously used IMPROV, 2 years ago but recently received a message from IMPROV that my driver's safety certificate had expired, and my discount was stopped on my insurance with Geico. I had paid up my insurance just days before and the discount was in force. I contacted a different company for testing and completed it only to find out IMPROV lied, trying to make me pay for retesting when it was not due. I will never use IMPROV again. 10/28/25 Their explanation was unacceptable and continues to look like they are using scare tactics to get elderly drivers to sign and pay for courses they do not need, under the guise of a "glitch" in their system.
The defensive driving course was completed in January. We are in October. GEICO still has not received it. I have spent numerous calls and many emails to resolve. They keep lying saying it was sent to me and GEICO. And then lie saying they sent it again when neither me nor GEICO received it after while. So money and hours were spent on a course that no discount was received for. GEICO already advise discounts will not be retroactive to when the course was competed so money was lost. I hope to get compensation for my time wasted, discounts lost, and their overall incompetence. But I won’t hold my breath. My hope is at some point being able to get the certificate so we can at least get a little bit of a discount. Then obviously never using this incompetent and dishonest driving school again. STAY AWAY!
Finished the course and it takes a month to get the certificate when we are in the same state, that is terrible and should be on your website that it takes that long. Countless times I have messaged and they said it would be arriving that week, only for them to say, we will send your certificate again.Hard Pass to ever use this company again, and will tell my friends and relatives to NEVER use this site.
I took this Improv Traffic School course to help lower my car insurance, and it was actually a really good experience! It was informative, easy to follow, and even entertaining at times. The lessons were presented in a fun way to keep me interested.
