The primary issue is the speed. Launching a virtual machine for real-time testing takes an eternity, and the input lag during sessions is unbearable—especially with iOS simulators. I click a button and wait 3-4 seconds for a response, making debugging nearly impossible. Additionally, their local tunnel is very unstable, disconnecting randomly during automated processes, leading to false negatives that waste significant developer time. We contacted support multiple times, only to receive generic responses that ignored the logs we provided. We are canceling our subscription and returning to another provider.
