I am genuinely disappointed with my experience. I canceled my subscription last year right after receiving the invoice, so I was shocked to be charged again this year. The cancellation process was confusing, requiring multiple unnecessary steps. Even after receiving a cancellation confirmation, my subscription still appeared active. I had to repeat the process before it finally showed as canceled. Support informed me that my subscription 'is set to cancel,' but the unclear interface made the experience frustrating and time-consuming. Based on this, I cannot recommend this service.
The handling of subscription renewals is unreasonable and misleading. Even after explaining our circumstances, they refused to cooperate. We are not asking for a refund; we just don't want to pay for a service we no longer use or trust.
The primary issue is the speed. Launching a virtual machine for real-time testing takes an eternity, and the input lag during sessions is unbearable—especially with iOS simulators. I click a button and wait 3-4 seconds for a response, making debugging nearly impossible. Additionally, their local tunnel is very unstable, disconnecting randomly during automated processes, leading to false negatives that waste significant developer time. We contacted support multiple times, only to receive generic responses that ignored the logs we provided. We are canceling our subscription and returning to another provider.
My experience with the service has been very smooth. The platform is convenient and allows me to test websites on various browsers and devices quickly. The speed and accuracy are impressive, and it has certainly streamlined my workflow. Their customer support is also very attentive and welcoming whenever I reach out. Overall, it’s a convenient and time-saving resource for developers and testers.
