I spent $400 on boots for my son, and now the heels are coming loose. I was told the 60-day return policy means the boots should only be worn indoors? When we purchased them, we specifically requested options suitable for daily use both inside and outside. Now we need to find a repair shop for the heels that are coming apart in a specific spot. My son takes excellent care of his boots, treating them like treasures! This appears to be a manufacturing defect, yet I received minimal support from the service team. The customer service was far from the excellence advertised.
