I placed an order for two items, but the order was split, and I only received one. The delivery service claimed the second item was delivered, but it wasn't. I reached out to the company regarding my second parcel and received no response. I followed up again, but still no reply. I'm out £71.00, the order never arrived, and the company is unresponsive. I've been a loyal customer for years, but I won't be shopping with them again.
