I placed an order for 2 items, but the service split the order, and I only received 1 item. The delivery service claimed they delivered the second item, but that was not the case. I reached out to the support team about my missing parcel, but received no response. I followed up again, and still no reply. I am at a loss of £71.00, as my order never arrived, and the service has not been responsive. I have been a loyal customer for years, but I will not be ordering from them again.

If you want shoes that last, avoid this company. The platform sole detached while I was wearing them, risking injury. When I raised the issue under the Consumer Rights Act regarding durability, I received no resolution. These high heel/platform shoes are not meant for daily wear, and I've only worn them a few times. I will never shop here again.
I've received numerous compliments and they are very comfortable. However, it's important to size up. I bought my usual size but had to return them. Getting a return label incurs a cost, so it's best to get the size right the first time.
These are undoubtedly the worst shoes I’ve ever worn. From the moment I put them on, it felt like walking on needles — stiff and incredibly painful. My feet were on fire within minutes. I had to discard them immediately because I couldn't let anyone else experience this. They ruined my only night out in months, and now I have blisters all over my feet. I was supposed to go to the pool tomorrow, but I can't due to the blisters. I own other styles from this brand, but now I’m hesitant to try them on. How does this company have customers or positive reviews? If possible, I would seek compensation for the pain these shoes caused. I bought them a year ago and decided to wear them today, which was a mistake.
I received a completely different pair of boots than what I ordered. While I understand that returns and refunds are part of their policy, it’s unacceptable that no compensation was offered for their mistake. This error has disrupted my plans for an event this week. I have requested compensation multiple times, but it has not been addressed. Instead, they just sent me a return label. Providing a return label and refund does not compensate for the time lost and the inconvenience caused. Do not shop here; the customer service is poor and shows no care for loyal customers.
I picked up a pair of chunky boots and I'm genuinely impressed. They perfectly blend bold style with everyday wearability — full of attitude yet easy to walk in. You can feel the quality immediately; they’re solid without being heavy. The ordering and delivery processes were smooth and straightforward. I received clear updates, the parcel arrived on time, and the packaging was great. It's rare to find shoes that look this good and actually hold up after several wears. The company has done an excellent job — I will definitely return for more.
I ordered shoes costing over £50. They arrived in good condition, but after just two weeks, they broke. I’m serious; I didn’t even wear them much during that time. The material was supposed to be ‘durable’. I expected them to last at least six months. I’m very disappointed as they were beautiful but now unusable. I had to borrow money for these shoes, and it's unfair for everyday people to spend on shoes that break so easily. I feel they should either send me a replacement or issue a refund. This is unacceptable; I do not recommend them.

The designs of the shoes are absolutely stunning; I love them. Unfortunately, I bought a pair of 'Explorer' mary janes and wore them only four times. Despite being gentle with my shoes, the front sole came off a bit, and I really liked them. Since this happened after the return period and I had discarded the packaging, I couldn't return them. I might try superglue; I really don't want to throw them away. The shoe designs are lovely and very comfortable!
