I ordered shoes costing over £50. They arrived in good condition, but after just two weeks, they broke. I’m serious; I didn’t even wear them much during that time. The material was supposed to be ‘durable’. I expected them to last at least six months. I’m very disappointed as they were beautiful but now unusable. I had to borrow money for these shoes, and it's unfair for everyday people to spend on shoes that break so easily. I feel they should either send me a replacement or issue a refund. This is unacceptable; I do not recommend them.
