I received a completely different pair of boots than what I ordered. While I understand that returns and refunds are part of their policy, it’s unacceptable that no compensation was offered for their mistake. This error has disrupted my plans for an event this week. I have requested compensation multiple times, but it has not been addressed. Instead, they just sent me a return label. Providing a return label and refund does not compensate for the time lost and the inconvenience caused. Do not shop here; the customer service is poor and shows no care for loyal customers.
