I placed an order for 2 items, but the service split the order, and I only received 1 item. The delivery service claimed they delivered the second item, but that was not the case. I reached out to the support team about my missing parcel, but received no response. I followed up again, and still no reply. I am at a loss of £71.00, as my order never arrived, and the service has not been responsive. I have been a loyal customer for years, but I will not be ordering from them again.
