Lamona integrated fridge freezer installed four years and four days ago and it has broken down, I have had to discard all the contents. Having read the reviews submitted by previous owners I will not even attempt to contact them about repairing it but will replace with a more reliable manufacturer!I also wish I had read the reviews before my builder obtained and installed it. I live and learn. Appalling product.Amazed that an organisation such as Howdens recommends and promotes a company with such appalling “customer service”. Howden's response to my complaint was, as the appliance was out of guarantee they are not responsible nor do they arrange for repairs! They did not respond to my comment asking why they use this company! Why do they not look at all the complaints and stop recommending Lamona. Howden's reputation is certainly tarnished by using this manufacturer, however, they do not seem to care.
